Vigente desde el 12 de octubre de 2026

Menús con Juego (Carolina, Puerto Rico) hace menús digitales con juego para restaurantes y food trucks, y la app “Menús con Juego · Negocios” para sus dueños. Aquí explicamos qué datos guardamos, para qué y cómo pedir que los borremos.

Dueños de negocios (esta app)

• Código del negocio: se guarda solo en tu teléfono para no tener que escribirlo otra vez. Al tocar “Salir” se borra.
• Lo que publicas: el especial del día, el enlace de tu canal de WhatsApp y qué patrocinadores aceptas. Se muestran en tu menú.
• Avisos: si activas los avisos, guardamos la dirección que nos da tu teléfono para mandarte notificaciones (no incluye tu nombre ni tu número). Al tocar “Apagar” se borra.

Clientes que usan un menú

• Ofertas: si un cliente pone su teléfono en “Recibe las ofertas” y marca que acepta, guardamos ese número y se lo mostramos al dueño de ese negocio, que puede escribirle por WhatsApp. Nadie más lo ve.
• Tabla de líderes: el apodo que el jugador escribe y su puntuación.
• Contacto: si alguien pide información con el formulario, su nombre, teléfono y mensaje.
• Conteos: cuántas veces se abre cada menú, cuántas partidas se juegan y cuántos toques recibe el botón de WhatsApp, sumados por día. No guardamos tu dirección IP: para evitar abusos usamos una huella cifrada que no se puede revertir.

Lo que no hacemos

• No vendemos ni alquilamos datos. No hay anuncios con rastreo ni cookies de publicidad.
• No rastreamos a nadie entre otras apps o sitios.

Servicios que usamos

Cloudflare (servidores y base de datos), WhatsApp (solo cuando tú tocas un botón de WhatsApp), los servicios de notificaciones de Apple, Google o Mozilla (solo si activas los avisos), Google Fonts y cdnjs (letras y el generador de QR).

Niños

Los juegos son para todas las edades. No pedimos datos a los jugadores más allá de un apodo opcional para la tabla de líderes.

Cuánto tiempo

Los números de ofertas se guardan hasta que el cliente o el dueño pidan borrarlos. Las puntuaciones y conteos se guardan mientras exista el menú.

Borrar tus datos o preguntar

Escríbenos por WhatsApp al 787-309-3194 y dinos qué quieres borrar (por ejemplo, tu número de la lista de ofertas de un negocio). Lo borramos en un máximo de 7 días.

Menús con Juego (Carolina, Puerto Rico) makes digital menus with a game for restaurants and food trucks, and the “Menús con Juego · Business” app for their owners. This page explains what we store, why, and how to ask us to delete it.

Business owners (this app)

• Business code: stored only on your phone so you don't have to type it again. Tapping “Sign out” deletes it.
• What you post: the daily special, your WhatsApp channel link and which sponsors you accept. They are shown on your menu.
• Alerts: if you turn on alerts, we store the address your phone gives us to send you notifications (it doesn't include your name or number). Tapping “Turn off” deletes it.

Customers using a menu

• Offers: if a customer enters their phone under “Get offers” and checks that they agree, we store that number and show it to that business's owner, who may message them on WhatsApp. No one else sees it.
• Leaderboard: the nickname the player types and their score.
• Contact: if someone asks for information through the form, their name, phone and message.
• Counts: how many times each menu is opened, how many games are played and how many taps the WhatsApp button gets, added up per day. We don't store your IP address: to prevent abuse we use an encrypted fingerprint that can't be reversed.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent data. There are no tracking ads or advertising cookies.
• We don't track anyone across other apps or websites.

Services we use

Cloudflare (servers and database), WhatsApp (only when you tap a WhatsApp button), Apple, Google or Mozilla notification services (only if you turn on alerts), Google Fonts and cdnjs (fonts and the QR generator).

Children

The games are for all ages. We don't ask players for any data beyond an optional nickname for the leaderboard.

How long

Offer numbers are kept until the customer or the owner asks us to delete them. Scores and counts are kept while the menu exists.

Delete your data or ask a question

Message us on WhatsApp at 787-309-3194 and tell us what to delete (for example, your number from a business's offers list). We delete it within 7 days.
